职位描述

An opportunity for an office assistant on a major residential build up to hundreds of millions has become available. You will get exposure across full project life cycle including design, marketing, construction, sales and etc. You will see the project through all phases and provide support in the following areas:

☑️ Plan, organize and provide administrative services and support (including travel arrangements and catering).
☑️ Undertake data recording regarding file management and sorting documentation as required in accordance with relevant guidelines.

☑️ Coordinate with internal departments.

☑️ Arrange internal meetings, trainings and events.

☑️ Responsible for procurement of office supplies.

☑️ Participate in team meetings and professional initiatives.

☑️ Undertake other duties as required within the scope of this role.

职位要求

☑️ A tertiary background

☑️ Bilingual in both English and Mandarin

☑️ Strong communication skills in both written and verbal

☑️ Proficiency in Microsoft office suites

☑️ A full NSW driving license

☑️ Australian Residence preferred

☑️ Capable of working under pressure

☑️ Enthusiastic, self-motivated, outgoing, self-driven and passionate in career with strong team spirit
