Administrator/ Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Reception duties including answering phones and greeting clients who attend the office, taking messages and distributing them where necessary.
Prepare Coffee/Tea for clients(when necessary) for boardroom meetings
Open the office in the mornings 9am sharp
Typing and preparation of day-to-day correspondence. Great letter writing skills will be looked upon favourably.

Inputting of database information (sales and rental) into computer system as instructed
Under instructions from Sales Consultants organise:
Typing of the proposed Agency Agreement and marketing schedules as required
Uploading and advertising properties where required

Skills and Experience:
You will ideally have experience solid marketing and sales experience and be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
You will have the ability to work autonomously and the maturity to work overseas for periods of time. The knowledge of Hokkien is preferred but not essential
You will have high attention to detail as your role will include reporting both your activities and sales reports through to your direct manager
