The role

As a Personal Banker Premium you will be key to Westpac's strategic ambition to be one of the world's great service companies, helping our customers, communities and people to prosper and grow. You’ll be driven by innovation and:

Connect with our customers to discover opportunities to enhance their relationship with Westpac Group
Grow our customers use of our digital offerings to support their everyday banking needs
Identify opportunities to help our customers meet their financial needs
Deepen customer relationships by understanding and meeting more of their current and future financial needs
Provide a superior service experience for the customers by living Our Service Promise

What you need to succeed

Proven customer service experience and passion for sales delivery
Effective relationship management skills
Previous banking experience a strong advantage
An understanding of business and financial acumen
