Show of Hearts 慈善音乐会正在招募志愿者,有爱心又有奉献精神的你可以来帮下忙哦!

地点位于Box Hill Hospital,4月30日,需要负责不同工作的志愿者,具体位置请看下面。


The event is a Charity Concert supporting Eastern Health Victoria, in particularly Box Hill Hospital. There are a number of different roles required for the show and attendance for the entirety of the concert will be compulsory.

 

When: Volunteers to arrive - 10am 30/04 Saturday    Finish - 5.45pm

ROLES & DESCRIPTION & Number of people required


Ticket  Registers/Sales

- A table will set up at the entrance of the hall to sell  last minute tickets and for ticket 

- Also Sell Programs*

- Sell Raffle tickets at the door


4ppl (Will need at least 1 chinese speaker)


Ticket Door Checks + Security

-Stationed at the hall doors, Checking that everyone has a  valid ticket when entering.

Ushers + Raffle Sellers

Guiding people to their allocated seats, helping elderly to their seats, 6 people per aisle and further divided into seating sections.  Please see the seating division usher chart 

- During the show, sit on the sides and encourage ppl to not speak loudly or talk on their phones

 

Raffle Tickets-  6 ppl to go around the seating area to sell raffle tickets BEFORE the show begins

Food Caterers

Facilitating the food canteen, selling water,  chips, soft drink

1 driver needed to pick up dumplings 11am from Taste dumplings for crew lunch

Stage Crew

- Help the engineers with back stage equipment and set up

- Extra day of training required on the Friday 29/04/16


3 strong males, Wear all Black*


Performers Usher

- Help performers go on stage from the waiting area. May require Costume change help

Check Microphone  attachment

- A3 paper program  on the walls [Cross out each item after they have performed]

- Extra Training day  Friday 29/04/16

AV

- Design and operate a PowerPoint for sponsorship

- To be set  up BEFORE THE SHOW + during  intermission on stage

- Record shows, Amateur recording is ok, 

- Need to also set up permission forms for performer privacy due April 10
