今天MIA 给我们发了文件，公布了多个对于491，494，186，187签证的细节。我们总结了一下，重点分为以下几个内容：
189，190，491的最低邀请分数，在11月16日以后，仍保持在65分。
解析：保持目前的邀请分数对491和190是利好的。在政府大力扶植偏远地区的现在，偏远地区的申请人无异于更容易凑分了。当然，在偏远地区凑分更容易的情况下，偏远地区类别的签证的邀请分数是有可能提高的。对此通途的想法：针对急需移民迁入的州（塔州，北领地）来说，大概率不会增加邀请分数，但对于其他相对没有那么缺人才的州来讲，是有把邀请分数坐地起价的可能性的。
494 职业列表更新如下，其中包含中长列表以及ROL偏远地区的列表：
3,ANZSCO职业列表将在2019年11月5日进行更新，但是不会有任何的职业删除或增加，仅仅会针对一些职业的技能水平做一下要求的修改。
4.491 和494的持有人将可以享受免费的800小时的英语培训。
5.186，187，494职业评估，年龄以及英语成绩有机会得到豁免。具体政策如下：
6. 部分494 签证持有人可以为多个雇主工作，并且可以做为subcontractor 工作，不会违反签证要求。
