About our Graduate Program

As a member of the BOC Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of business-critical projects, or in an operational role. During our two-year development program, you will be working closely with a variety of industry experts who are dedicated to mentoring and motivating the future talent of our business and industry. You will also Participate in professional development workshops including the annual “Grad Week”.

With operations across Australia and New Zealand, you need to be mobile and ready to live and work in regional areas and capital cities throughout the graduate programme and beyond.

To be eligible for the 2020 BOC Graduate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Completed your Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) or Commerce in the last 3 years, or currently in your last semester before graduation.

• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or an Australian Permanent Resident
