About the roles

The purpose of the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is to provide consistent superior client service and to provide high quality support and assistance to Advisers in administering and delivering positive client outcomes.


This position is a key member of the AMP Advice team and is expected to work as a team member in achieving the outcomes of the business.


Key Responsibilities

The CRMs at AMP Advice have a wide variety of responsibilities including:

  • Being the first point of contact for client queries face to face, over the phone and via email

  • Assisting Advisers in their preparation for client meetings

  • Liaising with external providers, fund managers, brokers and share registries on the Advisers’ behalf

  • Ensuring accurate and compliant client files are maintained

  • Completing other administrative duties as required


Capabilities & Experience

  • Intermediate knowledge of the financial services (advice) profession

  • Previous experience in a similar role that has involved supporting stakeholders, performing admin duties and interacting with client

  • Completion of or current enrolment in a Diploma of Financial Planning will be highly regarded

  • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills, be highly organised and be able to work in a faced paced environment

Salary

Competitive base + 12% super + benefits
