大家都知道中国BAT三家公司背后其实都是外资企业控股。百度背后站着美国德丰杰，阿里巴巴背后是日本软银，腾讯主要持股公司是南非MHI。

而只有华为，是一家没有任何外资注入的百分百中国民营企业。创始人任正非坚决不让华为上市、圈钱，搞金融数字游戏赚钱，反而选择把98.6%的股权发放给员工，让员工的每一份努力都能得到回报。

坊间流传一句话：

很多人还以为华为只是个手机厂商，却不知它已经是全球最大的电信设备商，服务着世界上150个国家、超过20亿的人口，即使在4G技术领先的欧洲，华为也有过半的市占率。

从2000年开始的最近十五年，华为累积营收2.3万亿，超过70%来自海外，在外国人身上赚的钱达1.38万亿！

2016年3月，华为获得了国家最高荣誉"中国质量奖"。

华为最近十年研发经费已经达到1900亿人民币，进入了世界各国非军工企业研发经费前10强。华为注重研发的最直接结果，是它已经拥有了3万项专利技术，其中有4成是国际标准组织或欧美国家的专利，更厉害的是，苹果开始每年向华为支付数亿美元专利费。

Huawei is seeking recent graduates for its 1 year Graduate Program beginning in March 2018. The Program will sit within our different Business Units (e.g. Delivery Services, Enterprise and Consumer) which is focused on fulfilling our Telco clients' requirements. These are Project-Orientated roles that will give you exposure to the full project life-cycle in a telecommunications environment within a structure graduate program. There will be opportunities for long term engagement at the end of the program. 

Bachelor degree from reputed universities from the following disciplines:

• Sales & Marketing

• Urban and Regional Planning

• Logistic and Supply Chain Management

You should be curious, hungry for new knowledge and prepared to work hard to get it. You'll strive to make things better, determined and focused on your delivery. You'll bring fresh insights and a new way of thinking, driving creativity and innovation. You're bold enough to speak out, back yourself and willing to challenge the status quo. Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with a minimum of a credit average level degree from an Australian University.
