As an nbn Graduate, your future is important to us. In our 2 year program, you will develop leadership skills and work across 4 key business units – inspire your career as you enhance your skills and experience across the business, make a valued contribution and play an important role in our teams. As you move through each rotation, you will build a strong understanding of the department, how it contributes to the broader function, and how it is connected to the wider business strategy.

Your champion, buddy and your mentor, a senior leader within the business, will be with you every step of the way to support you and prepare you to launch your successful career at nbn.

In our 2019 Graduate Program you will:

• Inspire your career with tailored rotations, work on real, ground breaking projects that contribute to the future of Australia 

• Collaborate and work with innovators, senior business leaders, mentors and stakeholders

• Develop technical and interpersonal skills while exploring and experiencing various business functions

• Contribute to the success of our key nationwide programs and operations

A bit about you:

You are a motivated individual who lives by our culture and values. You will have completed your degree (within the last 2 years) or will be completed by January 2019 in one of the following disciplines: Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Law and Finance.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and a solution motivated approach where you have a proven track record of consistently achieving results. You have the ability to communicate effectively and are able to demonstrate working in a high-performing and collaborative team.

You are someone who loves rising to a challenge – we are looking for innovators to contribute to the future of Australia.
