Job Position：Customer Operations Intern

Location：Melbourne

THE ROLE

Located at our head office in Mulgrave and reporting to the CRM Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the CRM team with data extraction and analysis of customer initiatives. The key responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to;

Receiving and responding to marketing briefs for audience selection and data extraction.

Acting as main executor of CRM data related requests including file requests, data manipulation and general data enquiries.
Liaising with IT department to have queries written and providing required data for marketing campaigns.
Providing marketing campaign performance measures post campaign, including performance assessments.

WHO YOU ARE

University graduate - tertiary qualifications in marketing/business or IT field.
Excellent time management & organisational skills; being able to prioritise workflow effectively
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Well-developed mathematical, analytical and research skills.
Previous exposure to CRM systems.
Supportive, flexible and communicative team player.
Ability to thrive under pressure, use initiative and be proactive.
