Accounts Payable Officer

Full-time (Contractor)

Leading global supplier of paints

and powder coatings.

The Group has 64 companies and

37 production facilities on all continents,

also represented in over 100 countries.

It's matrix organisation divided into

seven regions responsible for

the sale of Decorative Paints and

Performance Coatings

(Marine, Protective and Powder Coatings).

工作地点：

Victoria

(Brooklyn, Melbourne)

3 - 4 months

(with job opportunity

at the end of contract)

薪资：

will be provided）

You will need knowledge of AP processes

and experience working in an office environment.

Our ideal applicant will need to have:
- Data-entry experience
- Microsoft office skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

工作内容：

Working as an Accounts Payable Officer,

your role will focus on ensuring

payment of credits while

offering superior customer service.

Key duties include:

* High volume processing of invoices
* Matching purchase orders to stock based invoices
* Batching invoices ready for payment
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Processing of credit notes
* Answering queries from internal and external stakeholders
* Assisting the broader finance team
