招聘职位:International Coordinator
Suitable candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the International Marketing team. He/She will be required to perform a range of administration and office management duties

This will include assisting with the Website support, travel booking for the team, event coordination, pricelists and pricing analysis and general customer service support. You'll also assist with the preparation and tracking of purchase orders, P.O.S coordination, service receipts, accruals and Invoice Processing.


工作职责
Duties will include but not limited to:
▶ Provide high quality admin support to the International Sales Manager, Senior Product Manager and Sales team
▶ Diary Management and administration responsibilities
▶ Professional Events coordination and logistics for these events
▶ Business Meeting organisation
▶ Management and distribution of samples and demo stock for sales team
▶ Raising purchase orders and invoices for indirect procurement
▶ Co-ordinate Invites and RSVP’s to Food & Beverage Exhibition or Events
▶ Coordination of face-to-face & teleconference meetings
▶ Organising training and industry events
▶ Coordination of internal training events
▶ Coordination of marketing collateral 
▶ Processing of monthly expenses claims including reconciliation of expenses to Amex Statements
▶ Purchase orders and expenses
▶ Coordination and of team meetings & agendas
▶ Assist with on-boarding and training of new hires and contractors on policies and procedures
▶ Complete general administrative tasks


职位要求
To be considered for this position you will have demonstrated the following:
▶ Australia PR or citizenship
▶ 2-3 years experience with a strong administration based position
▶ Experience within the Food & Beverage industry within sales environment would be highly desirable
▶ Strong administration skills working with a professional sales or marketing environment 
▶ Strong MS office skills
▶ Ability to travel when required
▶ Strong organisational skills and time management
▶ Strong communication both written and verbal
▶ Excellent time management 
▶ Highly organised
▶ Use initiative
