FX and CFD Sales Manager/Team Leader (Mandarin Speaking)

We are currently seeking to set up a passionate sales team in Sydney to support the company's growing business. The team culture is fantastic with a customer driven approach and a focus on goals and values. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and add value to their highly motivated team. As Sales Manager, you will lead the team to provide quality products and exceptional client experience to local Sydney clients.

Key Responsibilities include:

Allocating leads, following up with other team members and engaging with prospective clients to drive FX and CFD sales
Organising monthly seminar and weekly webinar with local clients and business partners
Assisting with existing client enquires
Managing sales team to meet monthly KPI and sales target
Building long lasting relationships with clients, and be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience
Contribute as a valued team leader to the broader goals of the team
Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Manager / Compliance Committee
Co-operation and participation with ongoing training program

Requirements:

Degree level education
Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, writing, reading)
Strong Sales experience preferably in FX/CFD industry
Solid presentation and public speech skills
Experience using MT4 platform and basic trading knowledge an advantage, but not necessary
Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and work on weekends
Strong analytical and communication skills
Self-discipline, reliable
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Preferably RG146 qualified
