悉尼当地时间今晨6点,美联储正式宣布加息25个基准点。过去一年来的市场猜测今天正式成为现实。这是美联储9年来首次升息,有着重大的标志性意义。


首先,它意味着全球金融危机结束,世界经济再度步入增长期。

过去十年全球范围内的央行纷纷设置低利率以刺激经济的举措可能一去不复返。今天早上,美联储加息的消息公布不久后,香港中央银行随即宣布跟进25个基准点的加息。可以预计在2016年,全球会有越来越多的央行,包括澳洲的RBA,被卷进加息周期。这对于房地产投资者,尤其是高杠杆投资者(简单来说就是欠了银行很多钱的)的影响是巨大的。

This morning, we have a decade event with US FOMC meeting with the first rate hike in 9 years of 0.25% We have immediately saw the follow suit by the Hong Kong central bank raising 0.25% as well.
