Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and lead generation in the local area

• Maintaining a database of contacts and staying in regular contact

• Daily prospecting calls (KPI's will be in place)

• Appraising and listing properties for sale

• Coordinating advertising and marketing with the Sales Administrator

• Arranging and conducting inspections including Saturday opens and private inspections

• Negotiating on the sale of properties

• Follow up open home attendees

• Client care

The successful candidate will have:

• Current Land Sales Representative License or Certificate IV in Real Estate is a MUST (please do not apply without a current registration)

• Car and drivers’ licence

• Previous experience in Real Estate residential sales 

• Immaculately presented and well groomed

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Energy, enthusiasm, professionalism and self-motivation

• Passionate about real estate and hardworking
