春分至开学季,学校设计中健康被动房关键技术,不仅能为老师和孩子们提供零甲醛、零雾霾、低能耗的健康环境,还大大减少了建筑本身对自然环境产生的不利影响。疫将散待君归,LAB尚墨始终坚持着,要为孩子们奉上一个不需要戴口罩的校园。

The project uses the world's leading healthy passive house technology in the design, which can notonly provide teachers and students with a healthy environment with zero formaldehyde, zero haze and low energy consumption, but also greatly reduce the adverse impact of the building itself on the natural environment.

The design team redefines the relationship between“teaching and learning”, using teahouse-style educational space to allow students to swim in the ocean of knowledge and realize educational interaction.

 Project Overview 

教院附属学校配备优良的硬件设施,其中包括:40 二代教室,在教室里边玩边学习;80 特色专业教室,保证办学质量,设置1:2专业教室;100业余课程,供30个学生社团使用;400多功能厅,可供整个年级使用;1800室内风雨操场,运动馆连看台,兼作召开全校仪式的会场;200跑道活动场地,尽可能增加給学生玩耍的灰空间。

 设计构思  
 CONCEPT 

打破传统二维校园,蜕变三维校园

人性化尺度导向,打破封闭界面,整合底层架空、开放校区内部空间等三维尺度,特色楼梯及阶梯讨论教室,大大增加学生互动交流空间,增加可适应性茶馆式的教育场景。整体开放的平面与灵活的自然天性使内部空间相互结合。内部和外部的界限是模糊的、互相联通的。设计主要针对中学生行为心理特点,力求创造一个亲切自然的校园空间环境,让学生能够健康地学习,轻松地接受知识。同时,该场所也为学生提供了休憩和交流的空间。

Breaking the traditional two-dimensional campus and transform it into at hree-dimensional campus;

Humanized scale orientation, breaking the closed interface, integrating three-dimensional scales such as overhead, open campus internal space,characteristic staircases and stepped discussion classrooms, greatly increasing student interaction and communication space, and adaptable teahouse-style educational scenes. The overall open plane and flexible natural nature combine the internal spaces with each other. The boundaries between inside and outside are blurred and interconnected. The design is based on the behavioral and psychological characteristics of middle school students, and strives to createa friendly and natural campus space environment, so that students can study positively and easily. At the same time, the place also provides a space for students torelax and communicate.

 立面设计 

 FACADE CONCEPT 

设计采用传统的建筑材料,质感红砖、白色涂料、玻璃、木材以及绿植墙。

建筑外围外墙底色为质感红砖色,亲切而温暖,点缀绿植,充满生机与灵动。内院墙面底色为木纹色,亲近自然。建筑师在部分门窗洞口设计了金属遮阳档板,保证了节能效果,富有立面的旋律感。与外部相比,露台、开敞空间、连廊等内部空间更加丰富和活跃,同时金属材质的围护栏板增加庭院内部的科技感。

The design uses traditional building materials,textured red brick, white paint, glass, wood and green walls.
The background color of the exterior wall of thebuilding is textured red brick, which is kind and warm, embellished with greenplants, full of vitality and agility. The background color of the innercourtyard wall is wood grain color, which is close to nature. Architectsdesigned metal sun visors at the openings of some doors and windows to ensureenergy-saving effects and rich melody of the facade. Compared with theexterior, the interior spaces such as terraces, open spaces, and corridors arericher and more active. At the same time, metal fence panels increase the senseof technology inside the courtyard.

 自然采光 

 NATURAL LIGHTING 

自然采光设计将阳光引入室内,以满足正常工作及生活的需求,包括自然采光标准、采光口设计、现代窗系统设计等。自然采光设计以室外全阴天条件作为基本依据。在建筑节能设计中,结合各地光气候分区,合理地确定采光设计标准,采光口的形式与面积,利用现代门窗系统技术等,在节约能源的同时更有利于改善室内的环境。

Natural lighting design introduces sunlight intothe room to meet the needs of normal work and life, including natural lightingstandards, lighting port design, modern window system design, etc. The naturallighting design is based on outdoor full cloudy conditions. In the buildingenergy-saving design, in combination with the light and climate zones ofvarious places, the lighting design standards, the calculated form and area ofthe lighting openings, and the modern door and window system technology areused to save energy and improve the indoor environment.

 新风系统 

 FRESH AIR SYSTEM 

引入新风系统,在不开窗的情况下,通过滤网直接过滤掉空气中的有害物质,将新鲜空气输送进室内,同时将室内污浊的空气排出,实现循环换气,让室内一直保持充沛的新鲜空气。降低二氧化碳含量,提高含氧量,防霾除霉、散醛去味、除菌除尘真正意义上地把健康环境请到校园中来。
Bringing in the fresh air system, withoutopening the window, directly filter out harmful substances in the air throughthe filter, transport fresh air into the room, and exhaust the polluted air inthe room at the same time, to achieve circulating ventilation, so that the roomis always full fresh air. To reduce the carbon dioxide content, increase oxygencontent, prevent haze and mildew, loose aldehydes, odor, bacteria and dust thatwill ensure a healthy environment to campus.
