Customer Service Officer

At Bank of Melbourne, we believe in taking the time to get to know our customers as a person, not a series of accounts. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy dealing with people to be key members of our local branch customer service team.

One of the locals

Our Customer Service Officers have a unique ability, they know how to make banking more of a conversation so customers actually look forward to coming into the branch. They know our customers' names and the neighbourhood they work in like the back of their hand, so they're always assured of a friendly face. Understanding the individual needs of both our personal and business owner customers is second nature and they're able to recommend exactly which products and services will genuinely serve them best. If more specialised advice is needed, they'll introduce customers to the local specialist best able to help.
