Graduate Program 2018

Location: Melbourne

Our Growing Professional Skills graduate program is designed to help you bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. As part of the program, we work with you to develop a plan, set your goals, and the actions required to achieve them.

Our Three year program is designed to set you up for success. We will not only provide technical training and access to experts in the industry we will also provide soft skills training. Soft skills are so valuable and we have a particular focus on effective communication, Client Service and building agility and resilience.

There are many opportunities for gaining exposure or experience on different projects, in different locations and also different teams. We are seeking graduates who want to try new things and expand their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for rotations during the program. There are also opportunities once you have completed the program to apply for our Asia Pacific Young Person Exchange program where you can gain 12months experience in one of our Asia Pacific offices.

You can knuckle down and work things out if you need to but you prefer working with other fun individuals than having to figure out everything for yourself. It's much more fun and rewarding (and efficient)!

You take Uni seriously and finished with at least a credit average. Or you are still at Uni and are doing well. You are keen to action your knowledge in the real world so you may already have some accounting experience either in another professional firm or inside a business.
