三星又双叒翻车了！

本周，一位韩国的Galaxy S10 5G用户在科技论坛上上传视频，发布了一段手机自燃的视频，且表示没有做任何会导致手机自燃的行为。“当时我将手机放在桌子上，随后我闻到了一股焦味，烟雾很快就吞没了手机” 该用户告诉法新社。“当我触摸到它时，我不得不把它扔到地上，因为温度太高了。” 然后补充说“手机里的所有东西都被烧掉了。“ 该用户表示购买目前三星唯一支持5G的手机S10，不到一周开始冒烟，三星也不给退换货。

这已经不是三星手机第一出现自燃的情况。对此次自燃的手机，三星回应称，已将该产品做了外观和X光分析，显示手机外观有明显撞击留下的痕迹，产品本身没有质量问题。
