昨天，移民局表示还有部分零星名额，并要求有意向的申请者提供基本信息，今天下午会电话联系。只有极个人接到了电话，绝大多数回复邮件的人都没有那么幸运。刚刚（7点15分）移民局又发来的一封邮件：本财年名额全部结束。

The Australian Government’s Work and Holiday program for 2015-16 is now closed.  Clients who have been successful in securing an appointment have been contacted by telephone. If you have not been contacted by telephone, this means that your expression of interest has not been successful.

Please do not send any further email, as this will not be responded to.

The next round of appointments for Work and Holiday visas for the 2016-17 program will be advertised on the Australian embassy’s website (www.china.embassy.gov.au) and social media sites (weibo) later in the year.

没有接到电话的同学肯定极度失望，但是下一财年其实近在眼前。澳洲的财政年度是从每年的7.1到来年的6.30，之前发完的三批加上昨天的零星是2015/16年度的，所以下一批的名额肯定是在2016.7.1新财年开始之后就会开始发放。

因此，理论上说从2016年7月1日开始，随时有可能开放下一批名额。考虑到新财年工作安排需要一段时间，对比去年的开放节奏，预计九月份开放名额的可能性最大。

就当昨天的零星名额是个小插曲，应该在不久之后官方微博会有进一步的消息出来，大家保持关注。
