We’re looking for our next cohort of graduates to give us the edge as we work towards our vision of becoming a world-class technology company that empowers people to connect.

The Telstra Graduate Program offers 18 months of challenging, hands-on and rewarding work that will give you the confidence and know-how to achieve your goals.

We have seven program streams we recruit in to:

• Business & Commerce

• Customer centric design *new*

• Engineering

• Finance

• Human Resources

• Information Technology

• Marketing

Depending on your interests and area of study, we'll look to match you into a key part of our business where you'll work alongside our talented team. You could work on great things like our growing eHealth business, new product launches or exciting projects coming out of our Chief Technology Office.

You might develop marketing campaigns for an Internet of Things (IoT) business solution, solve complex software or hardware engineering challenges, liaise with our enterprise partners or finding new ways to grow our mobile and cloud storage markets.

But whatever you work on, you can be sure you’ll be starting your career at the leading edge.

Program eligibility

For our Telstra Graduate Program, you’ll need a relevant degree from an Australian university with a credit (60+) average. Then, you’ll need to be ready to start with us on the program in January 2019.

Also for eligibility, you must:

• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.

• Successfully complete a minimum three-year undergraduate degree by December, 2018. If you completed your degree in 2017 or 2016 you are still eligible to apply.

• International Students on Visa 500, 573, 574 may be eligible to apply if they meet the following criteria:

1. Are due to graduate in 2018 and are applying for Engineering or IT graduate roles (no other streams are eligible)

2. If studying a Masters’ degree, the duration must be a minimum of two years of study at an Australian University. 12 or 18-month masters are not accepted.
