We are seeking an experienced housekeeper for an ongoing casual position at our well regarded Launceston accommodation hotel. The position is part time, three hours per day, five days per week (15 hours). 

Hours of work are Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30am to 11:30am. Some weekends may be 9:30am to 11:30am. Occasional overtime may be expected. The position has been graded as Guest Services Grade 1 under The Hospitality Industry General Award (2010) 

Successful candidates will: 

• Have some previous housekeeping/cleaning experience 

• Be willing to work for three hours in the morning on every weekend 

• Be energetic and enthusiastic 

• Be friendly and outgoing 

• Enjoy cleaning and have a keen eye for attention to detail 

• Be reliable and have their own car and driver's license 

On the job training is provided, but we are seeking a cleaner with prior housekeeping experience so that we can have confidence the candidate understands the importance of working to a tight schedule and that they understand the nature of this type of work in an accommodation setting.
