对于初级英语（英语底子比较差，词汇量不够）学习选手来说，请勿选择Rap类英文歌曲。Rap类英文歌曲由于要压紧节奏，很多时候都会有一些不是Native Speaker无法辨别的语法省略，一秒数个单词也不利于大家去练听力识别。

摇滚、硬核朋克、电音类歌曲，也不适合以学英语的目的去使用。这一类歌曲通常表达了歌手对于生活、工作，甚至政治上的意见，内容涉及过于特殊，不适合普适意义上的英语学习者。
