RGIT 已经上诉, 并且行政法庭AAT做出了对RGIT有利（positive）的决定。ASQA将在法庭对RGIT做出最终审查决定前, 不得执行对RGIT的取消资质的决定。意味着在最后的决定作出之前，RGIT还是可以正常继续运营，仍然提供所有课程给现有的学生, 并发放学位证书。
我们也同时写信问了RGIT的学生管理办公室，Zeena Chettri （Student Administration Manager）给我们Agent的的回复如下：
Thank you for your inquiry and concern. I am very pleased to inform you that RGIT Australia has recently been permitted by the AAT to continue our normal operations until the final hearing. The AAT unconditionally stayed ASQA’s cancellation decision so it does not take effect before the review is heard. This is extremely positive news for us. RGIT will continue its normal operations and in full. This will include delivering all its courses to all its students, enrolling new students and issuing qualifications.
