二次被封补贴金申请大门开启

今天中午维州政府开启了申请$5,000二次被封补贴金的大门。

5千补贴金必须满足以下所有的条件

·       operate a business located in metropolitan Melbourne or Mitchell Shire在大墨尔本区或者Mitchell Shire地区做生意

·       be a participant in the Commonwealth Government’s JobKeeper   Payment scheme申请得到了联邦政府JobKeeper补贴

·       employ people 雇佣了员工

·       be registered with WorkSafe on 30 June 2020 在2020年6月30日有注册了工伤保险

·       have an annual payroll of less than $3 million in 2019-20 on an ungrouped basis 2019至2020财年中的员工薪资总数低于3百万澳币

·       be registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST) as at 30 June 2020 在2020年6月30日注册了GST

·       hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) and have held that ABN at 30 June 2020在2020年6月30日注册了ABN

·       be registered with the responsible Federal or State regulator. 按联邦政府或者省政府的规定进行了所有应有的注册

您需要提供哪些资料？

• 您的企业的注册信息，包括生意名，ABN，生意运作地址等

• 您的企业有关JobKeeper的具体信息，包括JobKeeper的号码，领取了几次补贴，多少个员工拿了补贴，从税务网站上下载的最新的每月补贴申报证据等

• 能够证明您的企业生意运作场所的文件，例如租约，水电煤账单等

• 您的企业工伤保险的注册号码(workcover employer number)

• 您的企业2019至2020财年的生意运作情况，例如营业额，雇员人数等

• 说明您的生意如何受到了再度被封的影响

• 提供您的企业的银行账户信息

您需要上维省生意网www.business.vic.gov.au上注册。

申请时间段

从今天（7月13日）起至8月19日之间都可以申请。

这项补贴需要交税吗？

这项局部封锁补贴金和上次的特困金一样，都是属于企业的收入，需要缴纳所得税，但是是免GST的，也不算是企业的营业额。

夜店补贴金需先注册

如果您是从事夜店生意的企业，包括夜总会(club), 酒吧(Pub)和饭店(Restaurant), 并且不止一个营业场所，同时您由于受到疫情影响而得到了房东的租金优惠 (Commercial tenancy relief scheme), 那么您可以申请夜店补贴金。目前该补贴还未开放申请大门，您可以上州政府的网站上线注册一下您的意愿。 www.business.vic.gov.au.
