Your challenges

•UX artefacts: Express your product thinking through Information Architecture, Flows, Personas, Wireframes and interactive prototypes. Design and develop experiences that can be mapped directly to our customer needs.

•Usability: Knowledge of design patterns & processes E.g. web transactions, search patterns, online marketplaces and authentication flows.

Your role

•Facilitating design-led discovery workshops with key stakeholders, to define user personas, map out their user journeys and define user stories
