Hello everyone, Melbourne University Cantonese Students Association (MUCSA) is currentlly recruiting committee members for all departments for the upcoming school year.

大家好！墨尔本大学广东同学会（MUCSA）执行委员会正式开始招新！

如果你有意为我们社团增添新能量，为CSA的发展作出小小的贡献，想成为我们的一份子，就不要犹豫了。只要你认为自己有能力有潜力有责任心就一定要加入我们啦！

The following departments are recruiting:

以下部门正在招募：

# Event （活动策划部）

Responsible for organising social activities for MUCSA, including but not limited to lectures, parties, entertainment events and art performance.

负责组织和策划各类型的学期活动，例如welcoming party，饮茶等等。

# Promotion （宣传部）

Responsible for designing event posters/flyer, updating MUCSA Sina Weibo, Wechat and Facebook.

负责设计活动的海报/宣传单并负责更新MUCSA新浪微博，微信以及Facebook主页信息。

# Sponsorship （外联部）

Communicate with other organisations, negotiation protocal, propsal writing, contract writing, follow up with sponsors.

负责洽谈赞助以及活动广告相关事宜。

# Treasurer （财务部）

Responsible for the general accounting of MUCSA and keeping record of all transactions.

负责MUCSA各项经费管理。

# Secretary （秘书部）

Responsible for arranging and recording minutes for all meetings, accountable for the human resource management of MUCSA and collaboration with other departments.

负责会议安排及记录，MUCSA的人事管理并且协调及配合各部门工作。
