Trader Training Program
In your first three months at Exponential, you'll receive the best training possible with our very own founder and senior traders, you will be taught everything you need to know to kick-start your career in trading. You will benefit from a combination of class room style learning as well as learning from real-life trading situations. You will learn the necessary mathematics, statistics, financial markets knowledge and trading mindset. The aim is to get you trading as soon as possible!

What we are looking for:

• You are a final year of have completed (in the last 3 years) you bachelors, honours or PHD with Distinction average in mathematics, science, physics, engineering, statistics, computer science or actuarial studies.

• You are highly driven, competitive, and thrive in high pressure environments.

• You think analytically, follow economic affairs, monitor the financial markets and most importantly, have a hunger to make money!
