About the Role
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to augment our Government client’s project delivering rollout for win10 And O365. Based on our client’s site in Melbourne CBD.

Technical skills 

• Experience in a Desktop Support role at corporate level, supporting minimum >2000 users

• Windows 10 and O365 migration and deployment experience

• Experience with Mobility Support

• Understanding of Microsoft collaboration stack including Office 365, Azure AD Connect, Outlook Exchange & SharePoint Online

• Demonstrable knowledge of migrating best practices and troubleshooting

• Experience conducting and supporting O365 mail migration

Soft-skills

• An eye for detail and good time management

• Excellent communication & teamwork skills

• Solid documentation skills

Applications Support Analyst

Our new role
This role will see you provide a broad range of 1st level support to the business to deliver the level of service required to ensure a quick resolution.

What we are looking for?
You are someone who gets excited about everything to do with application support. Naturally, you will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail. You are pragmatic and have a 'can-do' attitude. You are authentic, respectful, adaptable and flexible. You strive to deliver a high level of customer service.

You have a good breadth of knowledge and some experience across application support, as well as general IT knowledge across enterprise applications, integrated systems and environments. Your knowledge with SQL scripting and how to interrogate the data, and writing queries would be an advantageous.

Additionally, you have;

• An understanding of Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Azure, .NET, C# and Visual Basic

• working knowledge of HEAT Service Management tool (advantageous)

• good problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• the ability to create and maintain relevant documentation

• some experience and/or understanding of working in an ITIL environment

• demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology
