Location: Melbourne

About the role

You’ll provide phone, online and social media support, as well as sales and service to our customers across the country. To be successful in this role you’ll need to:

Resolve customer queries quickly and accurately. You’ll be an expert problem solver and a positive thinker, focused on delighting our customers.
Handle high volumes of in-bound calls. We operate a busy contact centre so you’ll need to be able to work calmly under pressure.
Be diligent in your work. If you’re professional, reliable and punctual, and support your fellow team members, you’ll thrive here.
Have an eye for detail. You’ll need to work intelligently on our computer systems, entering customer bookings and delivery information, ensuring compliance and managing multiple systems at once.

What we’re looking for

We’re after people who are highly capable in:

Using data to quickly understand and resolve customer problems for sales teams
CRM, reporting and data software
MS Office suite, specifically Excel/Access, with intermediate skills in macros
Data processing methodologies
Interpreting reports and making recommendations for process improvement based on data and/or observable practices
Written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal, consulting and facilitation skills.

Valuations Traineeship Program

Location: Sydney

Due to continual internal growth and opportunities, we are seeking recently graduated Valuers to join the NAB Valuations team.

The successful candidate will have:

completed/undertaking property related tertiary studies and be eligible to register as, a Residential/Certified Practising Valuer
a passion for property
strong written, verbal communication
demonstrated positivity and ability in working as a team
technology savvy
a willingness to learn, desire for ongoing improvement, and an enquiring mind
attention to detail and a flexible attitude

NAB Valuations is NAB’s own valuation firm and part of the Valuations team accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations process, with a particular focus making it simple for our people and customers. Valuations is a key part of NAB customers' overall borrowing experience supporting colleagues in origination, product, fulfillment and servicing teams for mortgage and business lending.

Key responsibilities include:

undertaking a broad range of property and portfolio valuations of properties for NAB's internal purposes
maintaining a deep understanding of the current property market
building relationships with local banking colleagues and key stakeholders to share relevant property market insights
