鉴于一些课程学生须到校上课，悉尼大学（The University of Sydney) 公布了2021年部分课程的授课模式。学校正在努力为尽可能更多的课程找到解决方案，并会在将受影响的课程的录取通知书中将这些课程选择告知学生。
2021年授课模式主要可分为以下两类：
不再提供在线课程，学生须到校上课
▶ Bachelor of Nursing (Advanced Studies)
▶ Bachelor of Oral Health
▶ Master of Exercise Physiology
▶ Master of Nursing
▶ Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
▶ Graduate Diploma in Music (Opera Performance)
▶ Master of Music Studies (Opera Performance)
2021年第一学期维持在线教学，
第二学期需到校上课
▶ Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sport Science)
▶ Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology)
▶Bachelor of Applied Science (Occupational Therapy)
▶ Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy)
▶Bachelor of Applied Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Exercise and Sport Science)
▶ Master of Diagnostic Radiography
▶ Master of Pharmacy
▶ Master of Physiotherapy
▶ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
