今年已经是第N次有传言说会计职业会在澳洲技术移民的职业清单SOL上会被取消。在网上搜索“会计移民”也会出来很多关于会计将会被移除的新闻。
然后呢？！你会发现从前几年开始直到现在每年都会有关于会计会被移除的所谓“爆炸性新闻”
可事实是：会计专业近几年还依然都在澳洲移民清单列表内！！！
引自昨日《澳大利亚人报》的Business Review中的相关报道，会计专业确定将被澳洲移民局从2015财年出台的SOL列表上剔除。以此来限制外来会计进入澳洲本土就业市场。

昨日，一则名为【Accounting cut from skilled list】的消息惊爆了整个澳洲移民圈！该报道称会计专业将被移民局移出2015年财年SOL列表！英才在收到信息的第一时间就同相关组织机构以及移民局取得联系，核实消息的真实性！得到的答复和近几年该话题热炒时的答复一样！
据移民局回复015年新财年之前，会计的移民政策不会变化，新财年后会计是否还在SOL列表上还没有一个明确消息！
CPA的回复：2015年新财年之前，会计的移民政策不会变化，CPA会在周五提交一份submission去和移民局做个argument

1.Has been cut是指cut down 还是cut off无确切指名，如果是cutdown 那么证明明年给予会计的配额将继续减少， cut off就是整个职业移除出SOL 清单
2.是会计相关职业全部移除还是仅移除GeneralAccountant（221111）无确切指名；
3.对于已经在读会计专业或者PY项目的学生，是否有过度政策无明确指明。
所以，大家不要惊慌，因此消息风声鹤唳草木皆兵，英才团队会适时跟进。
任何SOL的职业都是变化的，都有可能被取消或增加新的职业，这是澳洲的移民法规定的。并且澳洲每年都会针对所有清单上的几百个专业进行讨论。如果有讨论的话，那么势必就会有‘拿下’或‘不拿下’的不同声音存在！所以请大家不要误信某些无良中介误导，见风就是雨！

如果你已经开始读了会计，我们的建议是：
坚持读下去（除非政策确定会变化）。要记得，传言是永远都存在的，自己的决定不应该建立在非官方渠道发布的传言上，否则很容易走弯路兜圈子。特别是已经开始读了的同学，在付出了时间和金钱成本的情况下，听信传言而转专业，是非常不明智的。
特别是在广大同学期末考试的关键时间，为了吸引眼球而发布的任何没有根据的消息都是不负责任的。俗话说寸金难买寸光阴，要是考试期间受到这样的风言风语影响导致挂科，不仅浪费钱最重要的是浪费了时间！！！英才坚信，就算会计专业最终真的被拿下，留给我们大家还有时间和其他方式可以移民，例如当下比较流行的估价师专业，因为移民一直是一场关于strategy的战斗，而大家当下要做的，也是最最重要的事情就是------好好考试！过一门课就离PR近一步。
澳大利亚劳动力和生产力机构（AWPA）每年的任务就是咨询各利益相关方，工会，重要行业组织等来决定下一个财年的技术移民职业清单----SOL。

因为只有会计还在移民清单上才能有这些机构每年数千万甚至数亿澳元的收入，所以在对于会计是否应该保持在SOL清单上面这些机构一定会当仁不让帮海外学生发声！
要知道只有会计还保持在移民职业清单，主要会计机构才能源源不断的收取职业评估费并从职业年SIMPA中获利。如果主要的利益相关方已经转变了立场，那么会计停留在SOL清单上面才真的是岌岌可危了！

澳大利亚人报纸The Australian最新消息:阿伯特政府否认今晨关于会计将会从2015年的SOL移民职业清单里移除的报道，移民部长助理说明年年初才会正式公布消息，部长助理的发言人说：现在没有计划2015财年移除会计，移民部正在按正常程序来增加或减少SOL列表职业。

Accounting ‘not cut’ from immigration skilled occupations listfor 2015
THE Abbott government has denied reports that accounting hasbeen cut from the Department of Immigration’s list of skilled occupations for2015.
International accounting students werepanicked today by incorrectreports the profession had been dropped from the immigration skilledoccupation list, fearing they would be locked out of migrating and obtainingjobs in Australia once they had qualified.
However, a spokesman for AssistantImmigration Minister Michaelia Cash said the Department of Industries was notdue to make a recommendation on the composition of the skilled occupations listuntil early next year.
Senator Cash will make a finaldecision on the skilled occupations list after she receives that advice.
Peak accounting bodies CharteredAccountants Australia and New Zealand and CPA Australia have been keen toretain accounting on the skilled occupations list.
University of Technology, Sydneyaccounting lecturer Amanda White said any decision to drop accounting would hitinternational student numbers, who were a large component of accountingcourses.
She said while some internationalstudents chose to study in Australia so they could take their skills back home,many did so with the hope of eventually migrating to Australia and finding jobsin the country.
Dr White said while the peakaccounting bodies had argued there was a shortage of skilled accountants inAustralia, anecdotally, students had been reporting that it was tougher to findjobs.
Chartered Accountants Australia andNew Zealand and CPA Australia have called for changes to the skilled migrationprogram arguing it is inflexible, too narrowly focused and does not allowcertainty for business
In a submission to the Department ofImmigration and Border Protection’s review of skilled migration, the groupsargue that instead of moving occupations on and off the list as eligible toapply for migration, a sliding scale reflecting the undersupply or oversupplyof skills should be implemented.
A spokesman for Senator Cash said:“The report this morning that the occupation of accountant is to be removedfrom the Skilled Occupation List is incorrect.
“There are no plans to removeaccounting from the Skilled Occupation List for the 2015 program year.
“There are processes in place toremove or add occupations to or from the SOL and these procedures will befollowed as per the usual practice.”
