Firstly let me apologise for taking so long to send you this card. We had our baby boy earlier this year. His name is Kaiden and he is now five months odd. 

Thank you for always being so calm and kind. We are very grateful to you for your assistance and advise before and during our pregnancy. We are so blessed to have our baby boy and we thank you for all of your knowledge and help. Also a big thank you to your wife and staff who were also very warm and kind. Wishing you and your family all the very best. Thank you again.
