Receptionist / Personal Assistant
About the Role
To support the growth of the company, we are currently recruiting for a full-time Personal Assistant / Receptionist to join us at our office, which is based in Melbourne CBD.
Responsibilities will include:
Front desk reception
Answering phones and forwarding messages
Maintaining presentation of the office, kitchen, meeting and reception area.
Personal Assistant to Directors including calendar management
Manage accounts receivables / debt collecting
Manage stationery and office supplies
Mail / banking
Filing / petty cash
Tax tracking performance maintenance
Scanning & collating documents for accountants
Perform basic accounting tasks
Ad-hoc administrative duties as requested
About You
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
Excellent organisational skills
Professional presentation and friendly demeanour
Great attention to details
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Must have ability to work autonomously
Integrity & reliability
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin are essential.
