 Position：Dealing Services Junior Trade Support

It has enjoyed significant success in the institutional and prime services space since launching in June 2013. The company promotes a highly innovative & entrepreneurial corporate culture and is located in a premium Sydney CBD location.

It is looking for a high quality applicant to join our Sydney Dealing Services team as Trade Support for our customers as well as the Dealing Services team. 

The role has been created in response to considerable growth in our client trading activities necessitating additional resources to allow us to continue this expansion. 

The successful candidate will fill a junior position within the team and report directly to the Head of Dealing Services. 

The role operates in a fast-paced team environment in which members of the dealing services team will primarily be responsible for the monitoring and execution of client trades as well as management of client relationships and the associated customer service.  

Monitoring of client risk parameters and credit lines with Liquidity Providers and Prime Brokers will also form a large portion of the role.

1. Report directly to the Head of Dealing Services;

2. Monitor and manage client trade flow and associated risks;

3. Monitor and manage platform and client connectivity;

4. Conduct trade execution performance analysis;

5. Trade investigation & client problem solving;

6. Client relationship management and customer service – via phone, email and Skype.

• Base knowledge of Spot FX, Metals, Equities and Futures is preferred;

• 1+ years of electronic trade support strongly preferred but no required;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, intermediate knowledge in Excel functions is a must;

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail essential;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadline situations;

• Must thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs.

1. This is a full time position located at our premium Sydney CBD office location;

2. Full working rights in Australia;

3. Shifts may include coverage of the Asian and European Time-zone and, from time to time, US Time-Zone.

• Base salary plus superannuation;

• Participation in the Short Term Incentive Scheme (quarterly cash bonus) is available;

• Participation in the Long Term Incentive Scheme (equity stake in the Australian entity) is available.
