About the Role

In this 12 month program you will get to work on client projects whilst participating in industry leading courses on Cloud Business Consulting, Agile Foundations, Project Management, Software Engineering and Architecture, UI/UX, Devops, Change Management, Business Operating Models, Big Data, Strategy and Transformation.

From day one, you will be immersed in a fun, friendly and informative environment that will provide you with the opportunities to set you up for success. In return for your hard work and fresh insights, we'll provide you with the ability to accelerate your development, along with the support and guidance you are looking for to allow you to take your career in the direction you choose.

• Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders

• Extremely passionate about bringing positive change to organisations

• Willing to travel and relocate as required

• An interest in working with leading global & local organisations across a broad range of industries including financial services, retail & consumer goods, government, energy and utilities.

• Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree or above within the past 2 years

• An Australian Citizen or Permanent Residence

Our Graduate Recruitment Process

Applications close 1 May 2018. Shortlisted applicants will undertake an online assessment followed by a video interview. Selected candidates will be invited to our full-day Assessment Centre which will be held in June 2018.
