Job Description

Have you ever walked into a building or a shopping centre and just enjoyed being there? You don’t know why, or what makes it different – you just know you’d like to work, shop or visit there more? Well, we’re pretty proud to say our Property Asset Management team are the ones who make that happen.

What does this job involve?
You will be assisting in coordinating the marketing function for one of our premium assets in the bustling Melbourne CBD. Working together with our impressive asset management team and client, you will find this the perfect stepping-stone position to your career in high level marketing within the commercial real estate starting with this premium grade building.  
This role is Fast-paced and every day will be different! You will be reporting to the General Manager and working in a wider team of eight. You will assist in the preparation, execution of the events, activations & successfully contribute to the growth of income & value of the asset ensuring future growth & profitability. Please note that this is a two year fixed term contract while the second tower is completed.

A snapshot of the role:

• Launch promotions, campaigns & events, beginning from inception right through to completion

• Establish, develop & maintain relationships with stakeholders including the retailers, tenants, Digital/brand agencies & suppliers

• Reporting on OHS, customer feedback & other key metrics

• Create great customer experiences through activations & presentations

• Be present as required during activation times(some afterhours required) and ensure that all items of the running sheet are implemented within the defined time frame.

• Assist with planning, management, implementation and review of the buildings marketing and engagement plan.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that is a go-getter and has ideas to bring to the table. You will be a strong communicator with superior writing skills. You'll thrive in a deadline driven environment & tackle your day to day responsibilities with enthusiasm & energy. You will have strong networking skills & be able to maintain strong working relationships. You will have recently completed your studies in events/Public Relations and are keen to continue your studies within this field.
