1. Financial Modelling
建模原理财务建模的大块关键点分为三个部分:Input, Calculation 和 Output。Terry老师为大家非常详细的讲解了三个步骤需要注意的要点,以及一些常用的calculation原理。

没错,每选中一个区间,对应的数据都会自动体现出来。原本死气沉沉的数据,转眼非常生动地体现出来。老师在教大家这个部分的时候,课堂上不断传来wow的赞叹声。单纯的数据表格是AR做的,拥有这项吧数据整合成生动图标的技能,摇身一变成AA。
3. Contractor 的 Payroll 自动化外部 Contractor 的 Payroll 对于越大的企业就会越复杂。Contractor 处理起来比较关键几个点是「做什么的,属于哪个department」,「rate 多少」,「不同工作时间的rate不同」,「public holiday rate又是多少」等等,总之 contractor 对于 Payroll 都是件头疼的事情。
首先,Terry老师建议大家总是给自己保留一个原始数据库,随时有机会回去调用数据。
然后就是让contractor 的payroll部分自动化起来。一旦建立起正确的模型,再复杂的contractor状况都可以自动化的来处理。
比如下图数据中的Invoice状态,一旦我们把状态改成Received,Accrued额度会自动变成0。即快速,又准确。
这个模型尤其对有不同rate的工种非常有用,比如Nurse类型的工作。对于经常处理库存的行业也能有效提高工作的效率和准确性。折旧,又一个工作量大而且繁琐的task。尤其对于公司assets项目和类型多的行业,建立一劳永逸的模型就更加重要。下面是完成后的模型,改变任何一个asset的原始数据,后面的折旧额度都会随之变化。只要建模原理正确,自动生成的数据即快速又可信。maintain起来也轻松得多。
需要做B/S的时候,折旧总数直接抓去近balance sheet。
几款高大上的模型过后,Terry老师还传授给大家一个小trick作为课堂调剂,能够成功恢复别人弄乱或意外删除掉的数据。
