The right candidate will need:

• Previous experience in hospitality teams and food & beverage operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be well presented, punctual and reliable 
• Knowledge of coffee & other beverages
• Attention to detail
• Capacity to work well in a team
• Ability to follow policy & procedures
• Understanding of HACCP and OHS Standards
• Current police check or willing to obtain one
