Decision Systems Analyst

The Role

Positioned within the IT function, the Decision Systems Analyst will work with stakeholders in Risk, Collections, Projects and IT to interpret business requirements for implementation across multiple adaptive control systems.

This is a great role for an aspiring IT professional or new graduate who is passionate about their career path and development.

• Timely and accurate execution of strategy design build and testing

• Testing to verify success of a change such as unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and PVT

• Ensure the requirements, system design, testing, and sign-off documentation follow the version control processes

• Maintains & supports PC networks, LAN, WAN, operating system applications & telephony systems

• Maintain the documentation and process flow within established processes and procedures

• Ensure Legal, Compliance, and Governance processes are followed, and are incorporated in the solution design

About You

You will enjoy working in a collaborative, engaging environment. We are seeking someone who is excited by change, loves to learn and can bring their technical and logical thinking to the team

• Understanding of data types and structures

• Exposure to SAS, SQL, XSLT and/or other programming languages

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to articulate analytic information clearly

• Any experience in a similar type role, or maybe you’ve just finished a degree in a related field such as Information Technology or Business Analytics.
