GWW Development & Investments Pty ltd is a newly brand company and the company is invested by international group of experience international property developer and investor. The company will involve in Adelaide CBD mix use development project in the next 3-5 years and first project value will be exceeding $ 80 Million.
The company is still in early stage of team buildings and now looking bilingually and professional candidates to join the company growth and expansion. You will be challenged but you will also be rewarded.
Two positionsrequire:
Position 1:Administration Manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and operational support to board of directors
• Involve diary management, organization reporting, company function organisation and facility management as well as informationsupport to the grow of the business
• Assis the board members and GM to develop and implementingadministrationprocedure for use of the staff , leading and mangemet the business operation of the staff
• Assisting with the representing the company in liaising with architects, construction company, sales agent , counsels as well as other extra parties as well as other public relations events
• Accurately projects time lines to senior management and the field team to ensure accurate revenue projects and timely preparation of operations
• Strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on administrative matters,
• Coordinate the meetings for board of directors and report to board of directors
• Assisting with company internal and external department with information providing to preparation of financial reports and budgetsfor board of directors and GM
• Assisting with prepare project and company expenses budgets
• Assis with other task as require
Key skills and attributes require
• Minimum 5 experiences and similarposition , prefer in property development or related service industry
• Prefer bilingual skill ( ChineseMandarin and English)
• International travel require from time to time
• Aresponsible and organized person
Position 2: Administration Assistant& Bookkeeper
Main Responsibilities
• Supporting the day to day management work to Administration Manager
• Daily administration and secretarialjobs
• Prepare company cashbook booking or using MYOB to bookkeeping and liaison with external accountant to prepare company BAS and fin anal and other tax and accounting compliance matter
• Providing Translating and Interpreting Support if require ( mainly Chinese Mandarin and English )
• Company and projects documents filling
• Function as driver to picking up customers from overseas if required
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Key skills/ attributes require
• Formal Qualification in Business Management & Accounting
• Bilingual Skill ( Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English, oral and written )
• Family with MS office program ( Word, Excel , Power Point ) , MYOB
• Full SA license driving licence
• A responsible, trustworthy and organized person
