About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Managers or Sales Executives (Mandarin Speaking) to join our busy and energetic Financial Service Team based in our Sydney and/or Melbourne branch.

Responsibilities

The main job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing client relationships and new business acquisition in foreign currency exchange and wealth management fields;

• Maintain client database mainly focused on Asian clients;

• Provide excellent client service and accurate quotation to clients;

• Clients inquiry and complaint handling;

• Always represent KVB in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should come with:

• Good command of English and Mandarin (Native);

• Minimum 3 years experience of sales (5 years for sales manager role) and/or

• Strong clients relationship management experience in financial services companies or Banks;

• Strong network and referral sources is highly desirable;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Tertiary qualification in either business, economy, finance or accounting is compulsory; 

• Eligible to work in Australia with a valid working Visa.
