Roy Morgan is now recruiting candidates for its Mid-Year 2019 Graduate Program, seeking the next generation of researchers, data analysts, and consultants who are passionate, motivated, data driven people looking to kick start their career within the market research and information industry.

Our Graduate Program offers a rare opportunity to work within both ‘client facing’ and ‘technical’ roles, with major clients and institutions in leading industries, offering unique opportunities for top graduates who want to be involved in a ‘fast moving’ exciting industry – yes, you will be able to make a difference. Our extensive program will put you through your paces working across a variety of departments across the entire Roy Morgan organization so that you obtain an in-depth, end-to-end understanding of the market research and information industry.

About the Program:

A 2 year immersive, rotational program commencing early July, with experience and exposure to multiple areas of the business ranging from a couple of weeks to a couple of months per rotation
Provides exposure to a variety of departments across the whole Roy Morgan organization to gain a broad understanding of the principles and processing aspects involved in obtaining and analysing information & marketing research
Provides Learning and Development opportunities through multi-modal in-house training, whether online self-learning platforms, departmental lunch & learns, or specialized group learning, and through coaching and mentoring opportunities.
Our high performing graduates are offered a permanent full-time role at the conclusion of the program

To be eligible for our Grad Program, you must:

Be a recent tertiary graduate, with a strong academic record
Have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor, Honors or Masters) which could include disciplines such as Psych, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Digital Technologies or Business.
Be eligible to work in Australia (Citizenship and/or Permanent Residency)
Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Have strong analytical skills
Have the ability to show initiative, and problem-solve
