We are pleased to inform you that UNSW Law is updating the English language requirements for entry into all of its programs, including Undergraduate, Postgraduate Coursework and HDR.

The changes come into effect from 1 May 2017 for those wishing to commence their studies in Semester 1 2018 or at a later date. Any new applicant who is applying to sit one of the tests below will be required to meet the updated English language requirements.

Please note, applicants into 2017 and 2018 Programs who have already met our requirements as part of their application prior to 1 May 2017, will have their applications honoured on the basis of the previous English language requirements. 

As of 1 May 2017 UNSW Law will require all applicants, domestic or international, to provide evidence that their English language ability meets the minimum requirements for admission from Semester 1 2018 onwards as follows:
