IBD Assistant实习

工作地点：北京

此次招聘的职位工作地点为其在北京的办事处。虽然是Assistant，但基本直接辅助CEO Dr Huang的工作，甚至经常需要见外国客户。虽然没有pay，但是可以收获极其丰富的工作经验，对专业知识、英语能力以及职场交流能力都可以有极大的提高。

职位描述

1. Attending investment summit in order to find the possible targets worth for investing. Gathering all relevant data and information to conduct market research report and briefing to General Manager. Helping raise money and find joint venture partner for promising projects.

2. Liaising with clients in the first beginning, exchanging all the necessary documents and answer questions within knowledge and authority of the supervisor.

3. Arranging and attending the seminar between investors and investees, giving the feedback to CEO and clients in order to assist him to make further decision.

4. Connecting with clients and helping them with preparing the documents that are necessary for corporate financing. Assisting in the valuation section of client company and due diligence in the later stage.

任职要求

Background in economics, finance, or marketing required.
Must be able to work full time.
Excellent English, spoken and written .
Strong intercultural communication and networking skills
Exceptional presentation and marketing skills
Smart, ambitious, organized, aggressive personality.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to make a dedicated effort to tasks both small and large.
Experience abroad strongly preferred.
