奥斯卡今日于美国洛杉矶揭晓，水形物语（The Shape of Water）打败三个广告牌（Three Billboards）获最佳影片。
水形物语讲述的是一个默默无闻的女孩爱上一个囚于水中的怪物的跨物种爱情故事。本次水形物语共提名13项，中奖6项，其中包括最佳影片和最佳导演。
Gary Oldman以至暗时刻获得最佳男演员，最佳女演员则由Frances McDormand摘得，她在三个广告牌中贡献了令人印象极深的表演。
最佳男配角由Sam Rockwell获得，同样出自三个广告牌，而最佳女配则是我，花样女王中的Allison Janney。
本次奥斯卡中，澳洲也并非颗粒无收。
本来被寄予厚望的Margot Robbie惜败Frances McDormand，但是Lee Smith因敦刻尔克而荣获最佳剪辑，这是他的第三次提名，第一次中奖。
