We are looking for a motivated Lending Manager to join our team & continue the Bank of Melbourne story. This customer facing role will be responsible for providing the full suite of home lending, banking & insurance solutions to our valued community. Providing customers with the best imaginable service in order to build customer advocacy
Demonstrating behaviours that support a customer-centric culture in order to deepen customer relationships and to earn all our customers’ business
Contributing to the growth of our customer base through acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers by providing the best imaginable service and actively building and maintaining effective referral networks in the local community
Pro-actively utilising the tools available to make a connection with the customer in order to identify and fulfil their needs and if appropriate, to refer the customer to specialist sales areas to provide a solution
Processing loan applications through to successful completion in a courteous, effective and efficient manner, ensuring customer is kept informed of progress
Building and maintaining close relationships with key customers and referrers
