英语口语中有很多口语的省略说法

例如Gonna、Wanna、Gotta…等

这些都很常用

1. Gonna 將要

Gonna 就是Going to

I’m gonna go home. 我要回家了
I’m going to go home. (當然不會有人這樣說)

2. Wanna 想要

Wanna 就是Want to 想要

所以像辣妹合唱團的《Wanna be》歌詞中：
If you wanna be my lover, you have got to give.
如果想當我情人，你要懂得付出。

3. Gotta 必須

Gotta就是(I’ve) got to

I gotta go. 我得走了

4. Hafta 必須

Hafta 就是Have to必須

I hafta go. 我得走了。

5. Coulda 本來可能

Coulda 就是Could have 的意思。

Shoulda 本來應該(= Should have)

Woulda 本來可以(= Would have)

Musta 一定是(Must have) (一定是做了什麼事) 

We musta drank a lot last night.
我們昨晚一定是喝了很多。
