Job Description

1.   Formulating strategies for new retail business in Australia, assessing market needs and making and implementing plans for Tmall offline stores;

2. Participating in business planning, channel management, business cooperation and project execution for Tmall stores; integrating resources with new retail teams at headquarter office;

3. Formulating specific new retail execution plans, and innovating business models;

4. Independently planning, researching, analyzing market trends, researching on competitors’ strategies, providing information support for BU's business decision making;

5. In-depth cooperation with business teams, participating core projects’ business strategies making, to help reach business goals.

Requirements

1.  5 years or more of related work experience in direct selling or channel expansions, work experiences in online and offline retail business are preferred;

2. Rich experiences in project management and retail business;

3. A good amount of understanding in business internalization, online and offline integrations, traditional business and E-commerce,

4. Strong analytical skills and business data capabilities, having deep understanding about consumer and market insights;

5. Being familiar with enterprise supply chain management (warehousing, logistics) system and service system.

6. Experiences in furniture-related industries, FMCG, retail distribution management, channel operation management, and supply chain management are preferred.

World-Category Management Specialist／Manager

Job Description

1. Responsible for category management for Australia & New Zealand E-commerce, including category optimization, commodities / categories configuration, commodity information / attribute optimization;

2. Through studies and research on Australia & New Zealand markets, consumer behaviors and trends, being in charge of one particular category management (such as apparels, sports & outdoor, furniture & households, maternity & baby products, 3C digital products), 

a. Developing and implementing industry category planning, marketing plans and industry channel operations, tracking and analysizeing the data collected through these implementations, fostering best-selling products in the category;

b. Resource integration, empowering merchants to switch from within China market to overseas market, incubating key account merchants across categories to improve platform productivity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3- 5 years work experiences on category management at e-commerce sites ( experiences on categories in furniture, household, small household appliances, outdoors, sports, pets etc are preferred). Experiences in offline shopping malls, cross-border e-commerce platforms are preferred. If you have also worked or lived in Australia, that would be a plus;

cable department store, cross-border e-commerce platform Experience in employment is preferred. Australian life experience is preferred.

2. A good knowledge of product planning, event planning, and industry channel operating at e-commerce sites;

3. Fluent Chinese and English speaking, being able to work in English speaking environment;

4. Being good at data analysis, taking pride at work, a team player, be proactive and willing to take up challenges, being result-oriented.

5. Work trips to China are needed.
