Do you, or someone you know, have some spare time and would like to be a friendly face to assist travellers in moments that matter with general queries, directions or other assistance?

If the answer is yes, then you're in luck as the Customer Care Volunteer Program are currently accepting applications* to join the team!

Airport experience isn't a pre-requisite, but having the right attitude and personality is! The team are looking for volunteers who feel comfortable in being able to identify those in need of assistance and confident in their ability to approach those who look lost, overwhelmed, or bewildered. Above everything else, the team are looking for those who are patient, friendly, compassionate and empathetic, and who are willing to go above and beyond to assist travellers through Melbourne Airport.

How to apply:

• Fill in the online application form, including a cover letter and resume. The form can also be accessed via the Customer Care page on our website. 

• Screening phone calls will be made on 5 - 6 February, so applications need to be submitted by 3 February.

• The next round of screening calls is scheduled for the first week of June.
